Tell us what happened

Tell us what happened and how to repeat it. Include the app version, iPhone model and iOS version if you can.

Don't send passwords, codes, invitation links or payment details. Hide personal information in screenshots.

Enter the product yourself if it isn't found. If a name is suggested, check it matches your pack before saving.

Compare it with the printed date and correct it before saving. A barcode doesn't confirm the expiry date.

Check ExpiryStack's notification permission in iOS Settings, then the date and reminder saved in the app.

Don't uninstall the app, erase data or create a replacement space. Contact support and tell us when you last saw your records.

Tell us where the issue is and how to reproduce it safely. Don't include passwords, codes or real user data, or post sensitive details publicly.
